India’s Best HR Heads!

The human factor presents for the first time the definitive list of India's best human resource leaders and heads, whose contributions are now considered the most significant, noteworthy and innovative in the indian industry and specifically in the human resource space.

Aadesh Goyal wears many hats as Global CHRO, Board Director, and Community Service Director on the Board at Tata Communications Transformation Services Limited (TCTS). Prior to this he has worked with PeopleStrong HR Services, Aricent Technologies Holdings Ltd (earlier known as Hughes Software Systems & Flextronics Software Systems) and Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT) in various capacities. At C-DOT, he set-up project management and HR processes which were ahead of their time. A natural thought leader, he is a versatile individual. A tough task master, he mentors his team and creates learning and growth opportunities for them. He also has the ability to strike a good work-life balance.
Aashish Mishra is the Vice President and Head of HR at Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Ltd. He has been working with IMFA for a decade now. In his prior engagements, he has served as GM HR, Hindalco Industries and AGM HR, Suzlon Energy Ltd. He was Chief Manager, HR at SRF Limited and Plant HR Head at ACC Ltd. Aashish has a masters degree in Social Law (MSW) from Nagpur University and has completed PGCHRM HR from XLRI Jamshedpur. He exemplifies great dedication and exuberant energy while introducing and implementing best HR practices in the industry with his education, and decades of experience.
Abhijit Sengupta is Senior General Manager at Eveready Industries India Ltd. He has worked with Apeejay Surrendra Group as Dy General Manager HR handling Talent Management, Talent Development, Performance Management and Organisational Development Initiatives across Group companies. He was directly responsible for all HR initiatives for the Tea & Shipping business. He has also worked with Eureka Forbes Ltd, Dabur India Ltd and PepsiCo India, at different HR leadership positions. A Xavier Institute of Social Service alumnus, Mr. Sengupta has more than two decades of experience in handling HR and IR functions under his belt. He also possesses strategic capabilities for formulating new concepts and solving complex problems with ease. His sharp analytical skills, thorough professionalism, capability to identify and groom potential in young professionals makes his a stalwart in the industry.
